3D virtual staging from the photos you already have

No floor plan, no scanner, no 3D skills. Renov reconstructs the room in 3D from ordinary listing photos in about a minute, and you stage it the way a stager would: piece by piece, at real size.

From photos to a 3D room

  • Upload the photos of one room. Renov works out where each camera stood and rebuilds the floor, walls and ceiling.
  • It measures the room, so furniture comes in at its real size. You can calibrate it against a known length.
  • Doors, windows and built-ins stay where they are; furniture cannot be pushed through a wall.

Staging in 3D

  • Drag a product in and it lands on the floor, on a wall or on a table, where it belongs.
  • Turn it, move it, or swap it for another product of the same kind.
  • Furnish fills a room for you from a look, a colour and your own list of pieces.
  • Decorate dresses shelves, consoles and tables with books, vases and objects that move with the piece they stand on.
  • Empty room removes existing furniture from the photos first.

From 3D to a photograph

Each angle is rendered as a photograph of the real room: the walls, windows and floor stay exactly as shot, and the furniture gets real materials, contact shadows and reflections in the room's own light.

Questions

Is 3D virtual staging better than 2D?
For a listing with several photos of the same room, yes: 2D staging invents each photo separately, 3D staging renders every photo from one scene, so they agree.
Do I need a 3D scan or a floor plan?
No. Renov builds the 3D room from normal photos.
