How Renov works
Renov is AI virtual staging built on a real 3D model of the room. You upload the photos you already shot, from as many angles as you have. Renov reconstructs the room in 3D from all of them together, you furnish it with real, to-scale products from a library of more than 6,000, and every angle is rendered from that one 3D room. The sofa is the same sofa, in the same place, at the same size, in every photo.
1. Upload the room
Add every photo of the room. Photos of the same room that overlap give the best model; there is no special camera or scan.
2. Renov builds it in 3D
In about a minute, Renov reconstructs the floor, walls and ceiling and places each camera where it stood. If two photos share too little to join, it tells you and you can tie them together by hand.
3. Furnish
Drag products from the library or your own catalog into any photo, or press Furnish for a full room in a look you choose. Every piece appears in every angle at once.
4. Render
Pick a light, from the photo's own light to golden hour, and render. Each angle comes back as a photograph with real materials and shadows. A room costs 10 credits and includes up to 4 angles with 3 pictures each. A credit is €0.70 to €1 depending on how many you buy, so a room comes to €5.53 to €10. Your first room is free.
5. Export
Download the pictures, adjust exposure and colour if you want. The MLS export adds a discreet "Virtually Staged" label to each staged photo and keeps the original beside it.
