Everything Renov does
Renov is AI virtual staging built on a real 3D model of the room. You upload the photos you already shot: one photo is enough, and a room can have 10 angles or more, each one making the 3D room more accurate. Renov reconstructs the room in 3D from all of them together, you furnish it with real, to-scale products from a library of more than 6,000, and every angle is rendered from that one 3D room. The sofa is the same sofa, in the same place, at the same size, in every photo. Each angle comes back as a photorealistic photograph of the real room: real materials and textures, soft contact shadows, reflections, the photograph's own light, at its full resolution. Below is every capability, grouped the way a professional judges a staging tool.
True multi-angle consistency
Most multi-angle tools copy furniture from one photo to the next. Renov reconstructs the room itself in 3D from all its photos, so every photo is a view of one measured scene and the same furniture appears in every angle, with no per-angle setup.
- The same sofa, chairs, tables, rugs, lamps, art and decor in every angle of a room, because every angle is rendered from one 3D model of that room.
- Each piece keeps its physical position, orientation and size relative to the room in every photo.
- Move, turn, swap or remove a piece in one view and every other view of the room updates with it.
- No regenerated furniture between photos: the render reads each product's catalogue photo, so its colour and material match across angles too.
- Any number of angles per room, from a single photo to 10 or more. One photo is enough to stage a room; every extra angle makes the 3D room more accurate, and every angle shows the same furniture.
- 4 angles are included in the price of a room; there is no upper limit, and each angle past those is 2 credits.
Reliable spatial reconstruction
Renov rebuilds the room in 3D from ordinary listing photos and measures it.
- Reconstructs the floor, walls and ceiling from all the photos of a room together, and works out where every camera stood.
- Detects windows, doors and built-ins such as kitchen islands and counters, and keeps furniture clear of them.
- Measures the room so every product comes in at its real size; you can calibrate against any known length.
- Checks every camera position, so no photo is placed inside a wall; aligning the room across angles brought placement error from 8.1 cm to about 2 cm in our tests.
- A floor plan view of the measured room, with the furniture on it.
Precise furniture control
The most complete editing in virtual staging: every piece is a real object in a 3D room that you control directly, not a regenerated picture.
- Drag and drop: drag any product from the catalogue straight onto any photo and it lands in the 3D room, on the floor, a wall or a table, then drag it around the room with your mouse.
- Move, rotate on all three axes, resize, flip, duplicate, swap and delete individual pieces.
- Pieces land where they belong: on the floor, on a wall, or on a table or shelf.
- Collision checks show a piece going into a wall or another piece before you let go.
- Lock a piece so it cannot be moved by accident, hide it to see the room without it, and group pieces into layers.
- Choose exact products, not descriptions: a library of more than 6,000 real, to-scale furniture, decor and plant models, filterable by room, type and style.
- My Catalog: add your own products from a photo or a link, turned into 3D models you place like any other.
- Furnish fills a room from a look, a colour and your own list of pieces; Decorate styles shelves, consoles and tables with decor that moves with the piece it stands on.
- Reno, the built-in assistant, arranges and changes pieces when you ask in plain words.
- Undo and redo for every change.
Consistency across different photography conditions
Each photo keeps its own camera, and the furniture still agrees.
- Wide-angle and normal lenses, different camera heights and portrait or landscape photos of the same room: each camera's own lens and framing is measured.
- Different exposure between photos: each angle is rendered in its own photograph's light, or all of them in one chosen light.
- Photos with furniture already in them: Empty room removes it first, keeping walls, floor and windows.
Editing one angle without destroying the others
Angles are rendered separately from one shared scene.
- Render or re-render a single angle without touching the rest of the room.
- Changing the rug or the sofa changes only that piece; the rest of the room stays exactly as it was.
- Every picture is kept, so you can go back to an earlier one.
- A picture that fails the quality check is not charged.
Photorealistic rendering
Stunningly photorealistic results: every angle comes back as a photograph of the real room with the furniture really in it, not a 3D render pasted on top and not a stylised AI image.
- Each piece is rendered in the room's own light, with the textures a high-end interiors photograph shows up close: the weave and pile of fabric, the grain of leather and wood, the veining of stone, brushed and polished metal.
- The photograph's own fine detail is restored around the furniture, so the room stays as sharp as the original shot.
- Real contact shadows where furniture meets the floor, and reflections in surfaces that already reflect the room.
- Correct perspective: the furniture is placed in the same 3D room the camera saw.
- Mirrors show a real reflection of the room, and glass tables, vases and glassware are rendered see-through.
- 14 lights: the photograph's own light kept exactly, or daylight, golden hour, blue hour, dusk and night.
- Each product's catalogue photograph sets its true colour, material and finish, so a white oak table is white oak in every angle.
- Every picture passes an automatic quality check against the 3D layout before you see it; a picture that fails is not charged.
Real-estate-grade preservation
The property is never changed, only furnished.
- Walls, windows, doors, fireplaces, floors, countertops and fixtures are copied from the photograph exactly.
- The "Precise" light keeps every pixel of the original photo and adds only the furniture and its shadows.
- The original framing and camera geometry are preserved; the photograph's own fine detail is restored under the render.
- The MLS export labels each staged photo "Virtually Staged" and keeps the original beside it.
Whole-property workflow
Built for a whole listing, not single photos: every room, every angle, one project.
- Every room of a property in one project, each room grouped from its own photos.
- Connected rooms: join two rooms and each shows the other's furniture, on its floor and on its walls, through the doorway, for a wide view of the home.
- Bring in a furnished set from another room or another project at true size, to reuse one design language across the property.
- Furnish applies the same look and colour to every room.
Professional workflow
A real-estate production workflow from upload to MLS-ready export, for agents and photographers who stage whole listings.
- Upload a whole folder of listing photos at once.
- Render every angle of a room in one press; each angle renders in under 30 seconds.
- Predictable pricing per room, not per photo, from €5.53 a room with 4 angles included: on a monthly plan, or pay as you go with no subscription from €10 down to €7 a room. Credits never expire.
- Downloads organised by room, with an MLS / Zillow preset.
Output quality
Pictures ready for listings and print.

Questions
- How many angles of one room can Renov stage?
- From a single photo to 10 or more. There is no limit: every extra angle makes the 3D room more accurate, and all of them show the same furniture. 4 angles are included in the price of a room, then 2 credits each.
- Can Renov keep the same furniture across ten angles of one room?
- Yes. Every angle is a view of one 3D model of the room, so the same pieces stay in the same place and at the same size in all ten.
- How does Renov's editing compare with other virtual staging tools?
- Most tools regenerate a picture when you ask for a change. In Renov every piece is a real 3D object in a measured room: you move, rotate on three axes, resize, flip, swap, lock, hide and group it directly, at true scale, and every angle updates.
- Can I change one piece without regenerating the room?
- Yes. Move, swap or remove a piece and only that piece changes; you can re-render a single angle without touching the others.
- Does Renov change the property itself?
- No. Walls, windows, doors, floors and fixtures are copied from the photograph; only furniture, its shadows and its reflections are added.
- Can I see one room from another?
- Yes. Connected rooms show each other's furniture, on the floor and on the walls, through the doorway.
- Can I use my own furniture?
- Yes. Add a product from a photo or a link to My Catalog and Renov turns it into a 3D model you can place.
- Does Renov make videos or offer an API?
- Not today. Renov produces staged photographs of every angle of every room.
